How we work

Built on site. Every piece of it.

We are a build-in-place company. Once your order is placed, materials are delivered directly to your property and everything is constructed and assembled there by our own crew — measured against your actual home, not a factory template.

  1. 01

    You place the order

We confirm the scope, the finishes, the fixed price, and the start date in writing. Nothing is ordered and nothing is scheduled until that document is agreed, so there are no moving numbers once work begins.

  2. 02

Materials are delivered to your address

Timber, cabinetry carcasses, stone, tile, glazing, and fixings are shipped from our suppliers straight to your property. There is no intermediate warehouse and no off-site factory stage — what arrives is raw material, ready to be worked.

  3. 03

    We set up the site

Before a single cut is made we protect floors and adjacent rooms, set out dust screens, agree parking and access, and establish a clean materials store on site. Our crew works to a fixed daily start and finish so you know exactly what to expect.

  4. 04

Everything is built and assembled on site

Framing, cabinetry, joinery, trim, tiling, and installation all happen at your property, by our own carpenters and trades. Building in place means every piece is cut to the real dimensions of your home rather than a drawing — walls that are never quite square, floors that fall a few millimetres, ceilings that step. The result fits.

  5. 05

Daily progress, one point of contact

Your site lead is on the job every day and answers directly. You receive regular photo updates, a running schedule, and immediate notice of anything that needs a decision — no chasing, no message passed through three people.

  6. 06

    Clean handover and aftercare

We snag the work with you, complete every item on the list, remove all waste and protection, and hand back a finished, cleaned space. We return at three and twelve months to check settlement, adjustments, and anything that needs easing.

“A house is never as square as the drawing. Building in place is the only honest way to get a joint that closes.”

Our principles

Why on-site building produces a better result

Nothing is pre-made off site

No factory modules, no flat-pack handover. Every component is fabricated or fitted in place by the people responsible for the finished result.

Direct delivery, less handling

Materials go from supplier to your address. Fewer transfers means less damage, less waste, and a shorter programme.

One crew, start to finish

The team that starts your build finishes it. No rotating subcontractors and no gaps where the site sits idle.

Fixed scope, fixed price

The price agreed at order is the price you pay unless you change the scope — and any change is priced and approved before it happens.

Next step

Tell us what you are planning

Send us the room, the scope, and roughly when you would like to start. We will come back with a clear plan, a fixed price, and a delivery and build schedule for your address.
