Process

Six stages. No guesswork.

Our design and build process is deliberately structured so that cost, design, and programme are resolved together — and approved by you — before the first wall moves.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We visit the property, listen closely, and establish scope, aspiration, and a realistic budget range before anything is drawn.

  2. 02

    Design & Feasibility

Concept design, planning strategy, and early cost modelling run in parallel so decisions are made with real numbers.

  3. 03

    Detailing & Selections

Construction drawings, joinery details, and material selections are resolved together in our studio.

  4. 04

    Pre-Construction

Permitting, trade tendering, and a fixed programme. You approve the schedule before we break ground.

  5. 05

    Build

A dedicated project lead, weekly reporting, protected finishes, and a clean, respectful site every day.

  6. 06

    Handover & Aftercare

Full commissioning, a documented home manual, and a two-year workmanship warranty with scheduled check-ins.

The first stage costs nothing but an hour of your time. We walk the property, talk through ambitions and constraints, and follow up with a written scope and budget range.
